I received a much better price than selling through the real estate agent. The market was falling and it was getting more difficult to sell so I had to keep dropping the price until selling under Vendor Finance where I got a great sale price and didn’t lose it all in commissions.

Question 2. How easy was it for you to do?

Selling under Vendor Finance was easier than selling through a real estate agent and I really didn’t have to do anything.

Question 3. What was the length of the transaction?

From the time I entered into the Joint Venture to sell the property it was only 7 weeks before the new buyers moved in.

We bought a house in partnership with Paul and Karen Dobson a couple of years ago and have been impressed with the honesty and integrity they have shown throughout the entire process.Paul and Karen are patient and understanding, as we were buying a house sight unseen and lived in the Phillipines at the time!

I get every month $200 paid directly into my account. Plus extra when all expenses are covered for a particular period.

Quite easy. I had the trust in this couple, signed papers and never regret it. The new buyers they put into my property to date never failed in making their payments on time.

Paul and Karen came to my rescue when I was desperately looking for a way to turn my negatively geared property into something promising. The fact that I was some 2 1/2 out from my property location, I couldn’t think of anyone better to take care of things for me other then Paul and Karen Dobson.

They shared a strategy which I felt make sense. To confirm that this strategy works is that I’ve duplicated that same strategy over time now and see the fulfilling pleasure in doing so.

I’m amazed at how often $1,000 drops into our bank account from this Joint Venture with Paul & Karen. It’s definitely returning better than I expected.

How easy was it for you to do?

Paul & Karen found the property and I got the loan and bought the house in my name. Since then I’ve had to do nothing, so it’s been u very easy process for us.

What was the length of the transaction?

The new buyers moved into our property in May 2007.
